When you call PDP during normal business hours, you will not reach us by dialing an
“800” number; you will always talk to a person, not an automated system. Your service and supply calls will be handled when you make the first call to our office. Our office staff is highly trained in the operation of the equipment and software that we sell, and many times they will be able to resolve issues over the phone, getting your system operational and online immediately. If we cannot resolve your service issue over the phone, your call will be forwarded to the first available technician.


In the event that your equipment is completely inoperable and we are unable to restore the equipment to an operational status in a timely manner, you will be provided a loaner unit at no charge until your unit is fully repaired and functional. We are committed to staffing highly trained technicians to be dispatched upon request. Because of this, we are able to provide our customers an average response time of two hours or less.


PDP will provide you with all manufacturer approved (OEM) supplies and parts from our fully stocked local facility, enabling your supplies to be shipped to you the day you place the order (provided the order is received prior to 3:00 p.m.). We also have a full time Customer Service Manager who is able to provide training as long as the equipment is in your possession.
